Fair questions
When does billing start?
When CommentPin leaves beta — with plenty of warning before anything changes. Nothing is charged today, and no card is ever asked for.
Who counts as a member?
People in your workspace who create and manage projects. Reviewers and guests — the people you send links to — are always free.
Do reviewers need accounts?
No. Guests just type a name and start commenting. Sign-in is only needed for file uploads and voice notes.
What happens to extra projects if I stay on Free?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Projects over the limit become read-only until you archive something or upgrade.
